Arrow Point Vacation Rentals, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Julie K. Weeks. Julie is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder; and is a long-time sales and marketing professional. Prior to starting Arrow Point Vacation Rentals, Inc., Julie served as a marketing director for a GE business. As a former homeowner at Arrow Point Resort, and an experienced sales and marketing professional, Julie provides a proactive and customer-oriented vacation rental and property management service for condominiums at Arrow Point Resort. Arrow Point Vacation Rentals has partnered with local services such as on-site maintenance and cleaning services. We provide hospitality amenities for our condo guests including welcome baskets, short-term rental housekeeping; professional laundering of linens and towels; and guest supplies. Our homeowners
receive national marketing and sales for their units; monthly update
statements; and the benefits of credit card transactions without
the cost or hassle. Julie and Jennifer are happy to work with guests to coordinate rental activities including guest services and housekeeping in addition to managing other rental activities.
