Arrow Point Vacation Rentals, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Julie Steinloski.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder; and is a long-time sales and marketing professional. Prior to starting Arrow Point Vacation Rentals, Inc., Julie served as a marketing director for a GE business.

As a former homeowner at Arrow Point Resort, and an experienced sales and marketing professional, Julie provides a proactive and customer-oriented vacation rental and property management service for condominiums at Arrow Point Resort.

Arrow Point Vacation Rentals has partnered with local services such as on-site maintenance and cleaning services. We provide hospitality amenities for our condo guests including welcome baskets, short-term rental housekeeping; professional laundering of linens and towels; and guest supplies.

Our homeowners receive national marketing and sales for their units; monthly update statements; and the benefits of credit card transactions without the cost or hassle.

Arrow Point Vacation Rentals, Inc. is a member of the Coeur d'Alene Chamber and Visitors Bureau.
